Sophie Moore recently moved into a different house to start a new life. Sophie admitted that she could not help but feel a bit lonely because she had just gone through a rough breakup.
Sophie said that she misses her dog so much, who she had to leave behind at her ex-boyfriend’s home. However, the universe must have felt her loneliness because her house suddenly had an unexpected four-legged furry visitor.
Sophie recalled that she saw a big black Labrador named Edith as soon as she arrived in her new home. The dog was sitting patiently just outside her kitchen door and looked like she asked if she could come inside the house.
Sophie said that they were both a bit afraid when they first saw each other, but their fears eventually disappeared after a few minutes of cuddle time. Sophie also gave Edith a bunch of biscuits to earn the dog’s trust.
Sophie shared that it did not take long for her and Edith to develop their little daily routine. Sophie said that Edith early waits for her outside the door as soon as she wakes up and asks for morning pets.
Sophie shared that Edith sits outside her front door on most days and watch her cook and eat. Sophie said Edith always inside the house right after opening the door and stays around whenever she is in the kitchen.
Sophie shared how happier she became when Edith came into her life because she had a friend to hang out with. Sophie said cuddling, giving head and butt scratches to Edith makes her day brighter.
Sophie admitted that not having her dog around made things more difficult and lonelier because she has gotten used to having dogs in her life. She said that Edith’s daily visit helps her cope up and adjust to her new life.
